This policy explains how D-Mobile handles personal information when you use the D-Mobile website, application, licensing services and support.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use D-Mobile, we may process contact information you provide, license and subscription information, payment/order references received from payment providers, device identifiers used for license activation, technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting, and support correspondence.

3. Device licensing

D-Mobile may generate a device identifier to bind a license to a computer and prevent unauthorised license sharing. The identifier is used for licensing and security purposes.

4. Payments

Payment card details are entered into the selected payment provider's checkout and are not intended to be stored by D-Mobile. Payment providers may send D-Mobile information needed to fulfil an order, such as an order identifier, payment status, purchased plan, amount and customer contact information where applicable.

5. Paddle purchases

When Paddle processes a purchase, Paddle acts as the reseller / Merchant of Record and processes buyer information under its own buyer terms and privacy notice. Paddle may provide D-Mobile with information required for order fulfilment, licensing, fraud prevention and customer support.

6. Why we use information

We use information to provide and verify licenses, process and fulfil purchases, provide support, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Sharing

We may share only the information necessary with service providers that support licensing, hosting, payments and technical operations. We do not sell customer personal information.

8. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for licensing, support, security, accounting and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.

9. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with you or to request correction or deletion where applicable law provides that right. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or transaction purposes.
